Charlie Austin memorial service

Emmy-winning WBZ reporter Charlie Austin passed away on April 10, 2018. He worked at the station for more than 30 years, and retired in 2000. A full obituary can be seen online, and the Boston Globe also published a lovely remembrance: “Charlie Austin was the nicest guy in a competitive business.”
A memorial service celebrating the life of Charlie will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at 11am at Florian Hall at 55 Hallet St., Dorchester, Mass. All are welcomed.
