Caption: Victor, a Bombaros Voluntarious from the 10th Company, is a dispatcher at his station in Zone 11 of Guatemala City. In Guatemala City all emergency calls are sent to the Central Station in Zone 1, who then will call the stations closest to the emergency to respond.

Caption: A Bombaros Voluntarious uses a garden house to try and subdue a fire in a tractor trailer in Zone 7 while waiting for the fire truck to respond. Many of Zones in Guatemala City are so dangerous the police and military refuse to enter, leaving the Bombaros to deal with situations completely on their own.

Caption: Bombaros from the 10th Company respond to a male who was attacked by his boy friend after getting into a dispute with him. Often the areas in Guatemala City the Bombaros are called to are so dangerous they are forced to immediately put the injured party into the ambulance before performing any First aid.
