An incomprehensible tragedy

On a day that President Obama said was the worst day of his presidency, a gunman entered the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. and fatally shot 20 children and six adult staff members before committing suicide. The massacre, the second deadliest school shooting in U.S. history, happened in a town that has seen one homicide in the previous 10-years prior to the school shooting.
